Creating new capabilities in the field of Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) and demonstrating them in innovative applications is the motivation that drives us. SPM LABS was formed by a team of SPM experts in the areas of microscope electronics, software, and applications. Our goal is to lead our clients in developing and using these techniques for research in academia and industry. We have designed and worked with a number of different commercial microscopes and manufacturers, gaining the unique ability to consult on the strengths and weaknesses of SPM products and movement in the field.
